The design is based on the modular building design and dividing spaces in order to adjust to the client's needs.
The project consists of a two-floor light structure which includes three offices, a meeting room, a photography studio, a changing room, WC and kitchenette. The light metallic structure and the appliance of innovative materials such as the LVT Vinylic floor systems of WINEO and modern LED lighting systems contribute to a low-cost and low energy impact building which can be adapted to possible future extensions without adding a demolition cost.
A low-impact architectural study made into reality by MI Design, being part of an overall effort to promote such structures in the industrial architecture sector.
